You create and use your Vytal account in the Vytal app. FitterVitaal is used to activate and maintain your access through a coach connection.

Payments & invoices

Information about payments and invoices.

The first payment is made via our website by clicking the "Activate app" button. This is only possible for registered customers.

After the first payment, payments are collected automatically each month.
Payments are handled via automatic direct debit and payment links sent by email. Other payment methods, such as Tikkie or manual bank transfers, are not supported.

Please note: manual transfers will not activate or restore access.
Automatic payment is activated after completing the first manual payment via the "Activate app" button on our website.

This process must be repeated if your access has been blocked or after reaching 3 strikes.
If you start during the month, your first payment is calculated based on the remaining days of that month.
Payments are collected via automatic direct debit at the start of each month. It may take a few days for the payment to be processed, especially around weekends.

It is not possible to change the payment date.
No, it is not possible to have multiple outstanding invoices at the same time.

Membership is paid in advance per month. A new month will not start until the previous payment has been completed.
Invoices are sent automatically by email each month after the payment has been confirmed.
No, invoices cannot be edited once they have been issued. If any details need to be changed, you can inform us so we can update your account for future invoices.

Issued (finalized) invoices cannot be modified.

To prevent unpaid balances from stacking, access to new months is blocked if there are outstanding payments from previous months.

No, payments are non-refundable.

Your subscription can be cancelled monthly via our website. It is your own responsibility to decide whether to continue or cancel your membership.
Each failed or reversed payment results in a strike on your account. After 1 or 2 strikes, you will receive an email with a payment link to complete the payment.

After 3 strikes, your access will be blocked and recurring payments stop. You will need to reactivate your access and recurring payments manually via the website.
You will automatically receive an email with a payment link to complete the payment. Failed automatic payments are not retried and a strike will be registered on your account.

Depending on the number of strikes, your access may be temporarily blocked.
Reversing a payment is not recommended, as this will result in an additional €10 charge. The payment obligation remains in place and a strike will be registered on your account.

You can cancel your subscription easily via our website, so reversing a payment is not necessary.

Technical questions

Solutions to technical issues and errors.

The most common cause is that too many products or allergens are excluded. Remove excluded products and allergens and try generating your menu again.

Tip: let the app generate menus first, and adjust ingredients yourself where needed.
Make sure you are using the correct email address.

The email address used for your Vytal account may be different from the one used for FitterVitaal. If you are still unable to log in, try resetting your password in the Vytal app.
On the login screen, click on "Forgot password" and enter your Vytal email address.

You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
In most cases, this issue is related to your email settings. Check your spam or junk folder and mark emails from Vytal and FitterVitaal as safe.

Also make sure your inbox is not full and that you entered the correct email address.
Check your internet connection by switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Make sure the app is up to date.

Restart the app or your phone if the issue persists.
Check the notification settings on your phone.

Settings may differ per device, but notifications can always be managed from your device settings. Make sure notifications for the app are enabled.
Close all apps and restart the Vytal app.

If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app. If possible, clear the app cache first.
Make sure your account is active. New users can use the app for free for 14 days. After this period, you need to be connected to a coach to keep full access.

Without an active coach connection, premium features are disabled.
Clear the app cache via your phone settings and then remove the app. After that, reinstall the app and log in again.

In most cases, this resolves the issue. Your account settings are stored online, so no data will be lost.
